Tesco is set to roll out free Wi-Fi in hundreds of its UK stores.
Tesco is following a host of other retailers including Starbucks and McDonalds to offer its customers the service.
The move to introduce Wi-Fi comes as the supermarket giant looks to tap into customer’s changing buying habits.
The Wi-Fi will allow customers to access their Clubcard account online to check their points and receive e-vouchers.

This will be useful to customers as the company’s loyalty scheme becomes increasingly more digital.
Tech-savvy customers will also be able to use their internet-enabled devices to compare prices, look up recipes and read product reviews.
Tesco could eventually use the technology to send special offers directly to a customer’s smartphone as they shop.
Tesco is currently trialling the free Wi-Fi in four of its UK stores. If successful, the service will roll-out to 2,700 Tesco stores across the country.
