H&M is set to release a clothing collection inspired by Lisbeth Salander, the rebellious lead character in Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

In the film adaptation of Stieg Larsson’s hugely successful Millennium Trilogy, Salander is a goth-punk clad computer hacker.

She is not an obvious choice as the inspiration for a clothing line, which is probably the appeal.
