Rihanna is designing a limited-edition capsule collection for Emporio Armani underwear and Armani jeans.
 
The 23-year-old pop star, who featured on the British version of The X Factor at the weekend, is already the face of both lines.
 
Her debut line features a select line of casual pieces including classic biker jackets, a canvas rucksack and jeans in skinny and boy cuts.  
 
The collection also features t-shirts emblazoned with Rihanna’s R logo, silhouettes of the singer’s face and animal print designs alongside Armani’s signature eagle logo.

In addition to this, Rihanna has created two underwear styles in a choice of midnight blue and soft grey for the luxury brand.
 
 Rihanna is featuring in a stylish black and white ad campaign for the new range, which will be available worldwide later this month.  
 
When asked about her new range, Rihanna told reporters that she wanted to create something unexpected.
 
“I probably see a lot of menswear, or something extremely, extremely feminine. But I like to play with both. It would have to be so extreme that it's a look, because I don't usually like typical ladylike, girly-girly stuff,” she said.
