Shop.org’s Summit will include experts on internet and multichannel retailing hosting two full afternoons of educational sessions for both intermediate and advanced retailers.
These presentations or “clinics” will serve as interactive and intimate networking sessions. Shop.org’s Annual Summit will be held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas September 17-19.
Sessions will be broken out into four separate themes, including Web 2.0, search, merchandising for conversion and analytics. For each of the themes, Shop.org has designed the program to include sessions for both intermediate and advanced retailers. Speakers from sessions on Tuesday, September 18 include:

The first day of the Summit will highlight specific tools and strategies for online retailers to take search marketing efforts to the next level, provide information on how to implement specific tools and features for increased conversion and how to improve overall search performance and enhance search strategy. Day one will also feature a cutting-edge presentation from Web 2.0 visionaries who will highlight new developments and strategies in maximizing revenue potential from 2.0 tools.
On September 19, the second day of the Summit, Shop.org will feature interactive “clinics” designed to bring multichannel and internet retailing experts into smaller settings to share actionable and tactical information on the most prevalent topics in eCommerce.
The State of Retailing Online Part II will also be unveiled on Tuesday, September 18 and will be discussed in depth during a keynote on Wednesday by Forrester Research’s Sucharita Mulpuru.
